Our Academy’s statement of school’s values is “Together we succeed through challenge and enjoyment”; more importantly these individual values of – Reciprocity, Resourcefulness, Resilience and Reflectiveness can be seen in the way in which learners behave well in lessons and respond positively to the challenges set by their teachers.
The TMET family of schools have developed a set of guiding principles (the 7Cs) that define who we are and help to guide us as we strive to make a positive difference. These are: Challenge, Collaboration, Culture, Community, Courage, Creativity and Character.
The school aims to provide every pupil with a personalised education, where the individual and particular needs of each learner are met. We will support our pupils in becoming community citizens through respect and celebration of the varied cultures, racial backgrounds, languages spoken and individual characteristics which they represent. Their views will be sought and valued in all aspects of school life including the curriculum and what helps them learn about life in modern Britain.
We are extremely proud to have been judged as ‘Good’ in our last inspection in 2023. We know we give our pupils the best possible chance of opening up a wealth of life and career opportunities, not least setting them on track to be ready for the next stage in their education.
Rowlatts Mead Primary Academy will continue to drive its own improvement with the support of TMET, set its own challenging targets and recognise that for the sake of our learners we can always do better.
Rowlatts Mead Primary Academy continues to be committed to maximising learning opportunities across the whole school day and beyond. The school offers a wide range of creative and sporting activities for children of all ages.
